• To be eligible for return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned.

Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a replacement or full refund (as applicable). Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacement/Exchanged Products will be delivered within 3-4 days.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
